  • Delivery

  • Gift

On our online store, the consumer has the choice to buy an "online" gift voucher (to spend on our eShop) or a "store" gift voucher (to spend at our points of sale). This check is valid for 1 year and excluding promotion. It must be used in its entirety. No refunds will be made.

  • Withdrawal

Right to retract

The consumer has the right to notify, in writing or on a durable medium, to the seller that he renounces the purchase without penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day after the day of delivery of the product.

The reimbursement of the sums paid by the consumer will be made, free of charge, within 30 days of the withdrawal.

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of tailor-made goods (fabrics), according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Are not taken back or exchanged:

• Items damaged, soiled, modified by third parties and / or the buyer.

• Incomplete articles

• Items whose packaging is not original.

• Items made to measure according to the specifications of consumer or clearly personalized.

  • Samples

It is possible, for a defined selection of fabrics, to order samples, the sample price is based on a percentage of the fabric price per meter.

The shipping costs will always be charged to the customer and indicated at the time of the sample order confirmation. The size of the samples will be approximately 10cm across the width of the fabric, however "Tissus Dimitri" reserve the right to change the size for reasons of understanding of the fabric (size of the patterns, size of the mesh, etc.) .   • Payment security

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. If you choose to pay with a credit card, the money is immediately withdrawn from your card when the payment is confirmed.

For security reasons, all orders paid by credit card are subject to verification by "Tissus Dimitri". Additional information may be required to validate your purchase.   • Guarantees and after-sales services
